We currently offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

International shipping is not available at this time.


Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via reliable third-party courier services.

We primarily offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customer convenience.


Order Processing Time

  •  Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation
  • Our team may contact you via call or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

  • 2–4 working days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Customer location
  • Courier service delays
  • Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances

Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges are displayed at checkout
  • Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly mentioned before order placement
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared via message or email (where applicable).


Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Order refusal

The order may be returned to us. Repeated failed or refused deliveries may result in order restrictions for future purchases.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photos/videos
