Refund Policy

Overview

At JOZUR, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect all products before dispatch to ensure quality and accuracy. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

We primarily operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Payment is collected at the time of delivery.


Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product received is defective
  • The wrong item was delivered

To be eligible for a return:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size, color, or model selected by the customer
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Orders refused at the time of delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return request:

  1. Contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and clear images/videos of the issue
  3. Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps
  4. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds for COD orders will be issued as store credit or replacement, depending on the situation
  • Cash refunds are not provided for COD orders
  • Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 working days after receiving the returned item.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If the return is approved due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), return shipping will be covered by JOZUR

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Unclaimed or Refused Orders

Orders that are refused or not accepted at the time of delivery will not be eligible for refunds. Repeated refusal of orders may result in future order restrictions.
